Is there an alcohol delivery service near me?

We operate in major Surrey cities including Kingston, Dorking, Leatherhead, Esher, Cobham, Ashtead, Epsom, Reigate, Gomshall, Guildford, Surbiton, Chessington and many more. To see if we deliver to your specific area, enter your postcode on our homepage.

What are your delivery hours?

We offer 24/7 delivery in most major cities. However, availability depends on the local drivers active in your area and local licensing laws. Check the website for real-time availability in your postcode.

How fast is the delivery??

Most orders arrive within 15 to 60 minutes. You can track your driver’s progress in real-time through our app once they have picked up your order.

s there a minimum order amount?

The minimum order value varies by location but typically starts around £30. This ensures we can provide fair compensation to our independent delivery drivers.

What types of alcohol can I order online? We offer a comprehensive range including:

Beer & Cider: Lagers, IPAs, Craft Ales, and Fruit Ciders.

Wine: Red, White, Rosé, and Sparkling (Prosecco, Champagne).

Spirits: Vodka, Gin, Whisky, Rum, Tequila, and Liqueurs.

Mixers: Tonic water, sodas, and juices.

Do you deliver more than just alcohol?

Yes! You can add groceries, snacks, cigarettes, vapes, and household essentials like milk, bread, and snacks to your order to save on multiple delivery fees.

Can I request a specific brand if I don’t see it?

Our inventory reflects what is available in local partner stores. While we can’t take custom requests for specific bottles not listed, we constantly update our catalog with popular brands like Smirnoff, Gordon’s, Jack Daniel’s, and Stella Artois.

Do I need an ID for alcohol delivery?

Yes. We operate a strict “Challenge 25” policy. If you look under 25, our drivers are legally required to ask for a valid photo ID (Passport, Driving License, or PASS-approved card).

Can I order alcohol for someone else as a gift?

Yes, but the recipient must be 18 or older and present a valid ID upon delivery. Our drivers cannot leave alcohol at the door or with a minor.

What happens if I don’t have my ID when the driver arrives?

By law, if a valid ID cannot be produced for an age-restricted order, the driver must return the alcohol to the store. You may still be charged a delivery/restocking fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay,  Klarna and Clearpay for a seamless checkout experience. Browse our website http://local-heroes.uk/express/

Are there any hidden service fees?

We believe in transparency. You will see a clear breakdown of the product prices, delivery fee, and any small-basket fees (if applicable) at the final checkout screen.

Can I track my order in real-time?

Once a driver accepts your order, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or in-app to watch their progress on a map until they reach your door.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled through the app as long as a driver has not yet started the “pick-up” process. Once the driver is at the store, cancellations may incur a fee.

Can I return or exchange Order?

Policies differ between suppliers. Most will replace faulty or damaged bottles promptly — always review the returns policy on the provider’s listing.
